50% deposit required within seven days of making reservation, balance due on arrival. Checks should be made payable to The Lark Motel; security deposit may be required. CANCELLATION POLICY: If able to re-rent the unit for the entire period cancelled, deposit will be refunded less a $100 service charge. No refunds on early departures or late arrivals. Changes in reservation dates are subject to cancellation policy.
