- Surcharge: $20.00 per night, surcharge applies to any stay less than four nights.
- Extra person charge per night: $10.00 for children under 18; $20 adults 18 and older (applies to adults, children, and day visitors of registered guests using our facilities, including the pool)
- All rates are subject to increase except on advance confirmed reservations. Minimum stays may be required.
- While we try to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee a specific room location.
- Deposit of 2 nights rent, by check, is required for any stay of 7 nights or less, unless otherwise noted. Check must be received within 7 days of making the reservation.
- CANCELATION POLICY: Deposit will be refunded if either 30 days’ notice is given; or if less than 30 days after we are able to re-rent the room for the entire period cancelled. A $50.00 service charge applies. Changes in reservation dates are subject to cancellation policy. No refunds on early departures or late arrivals. - Check in is after 2 PM and check out is before 11 AM. Office is open 9 AM – 10 PM (Please do not arrive or call earlier than 9 AM to check-in)
- $40 lost key fee will be charged for each key not turned in at check-out
